This website is operated by Imthiyas Design. By browsing it you accept these terms. The content — text, design, code and imagery — belongs to the studio or its clients and may not be reproduced commercially without written permission.

The website is provided as-is. We work to keep information accurate and up to date, but published details such as availability, pricing and scope may change without notice.

Published packages (Starter, Growth, Enterprise) describe starting scope and are not a contract until confirmed in writing. Custom work is quoted individually.

Where a proposal is issued, it sets out the deliverables, timeline, revision allowance and payment schedule for that project. Anything not listed is out of scope and would be quoted separately.

Projects depend on timely input from the client — content, approvals, access and feedback. Delays in those areas can move delivery dates.

Where a project includes third-party platforms (hosting, domains, analytics, advertising accounts), those services remain subject to their own terms and costs.

On full payment, ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for the client — designs, layouts and code written for the project — transfers to the client, excluding third-party libraries, licensed fonts, plugins and pre-existing studio tooling.

The studio retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio and marketing unless a written confidentiality agreement says otherwise.

Support windows included with a package are described with that package. Ongoing maintenance, hosting management and marketing retainers are separate arrangements and are invoiced on a recurring basis.

The studio is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost revenue or lost data, arising from the use of a delivered website or campaign. Liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement in question.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Emirate of Dubai and the United Arab Emirates.
