Imthiyas Design (“IDesign”, “we”, “us”) is an independent digital studio based at Burj Gate, Downtown Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This policy explains what happens to information you share with us through this website.

Information you give us: when you submit the contact form we collect your name, email address, phone number, company name, the service you are interested in, an optional budget range and your message.

We do not knowingly collect information from children, and we do not collect special category data through this website.

The site includes a chat popup. Drafts, chats you add, and preloaded starters you choose are stored only in your browser, on your device. They are not sent to our servers.

When you choose to send, your browser opens WhatsApp (+971 55 989 7679) with the message. WhatsApp is operated by Meta. From that point the message is handled under WhatsApp's terms and privacy policy. We receive it only if you complete sending there.
